on friday, 4-sept-2009, i attended the IGNYTE worship expereince with my oikos. the worship that day was different. i worshipped GOD with not only the normal quantity of 300 youths, but near 1000 youths. i could feel GOD's great presence surrounding the auditorium that night as we worshipped together singYOUing our own IGNYTE songs. even my oikos, who is a new believer, was worshipping like never before. many lives were saved that night. even though we plan for it to just be a district gathering, GOD planned something even greater. He impacted many lives, even mine.

God really can changed something into something much better. it may not be what u expect, but it's sure a thousand times better than what u planned. Great or not, the outcome never changes. we just have to come out of our comfort zone, to realise that there are greater oppotunities and experiences.
all we have to do is have faith nd tust that GOD has great and properous plans for us.

paper clips

just a month ago, while clearing my things in my room, i came across my box of stripped paper clips. i was pretty stressed about the mess i had to clear and started stuffing it in the box without a care. then i realized, it was really hard to fit it in. just then GOD revealed to me to compare the messed up chunk of paper clips in the box. just like our lives, if we don't place it in order, things won't fit into place. if i had not been so narrow-minded, and had been more focus on tidying up, the paper clips would have been in order and kept well. this might be a wierd example, but it sure tells alot. i'm really glad GOD spoke to me, now i always have to be careful how i manage my life.

SOFTBALL ROCKS MY SUPER HIGH SOCKS!!! MUAHAHAHAAAAA!

had softball match today! competed with new town then after a long break, pei cai.

was realllyyyyy cooool! even though i hadn't participated, i learnt. hahaha!

like that you must always focus on the ball, and ur role given, and not the runner.

still learning.

hope i can participated soon, even next yr!

gonna hav a match with fajar next sat. then won't go to church on that day, will go on sun instead. yay!

God has been really good! he answered all my prayers, instantly, and some had to take a while.

Jasmine injured her third finger, then i prayed, and soon her hand stopped shaking. ALL THANKS TO THE LORD ALMIGHTY BABY!

reached church in time for the games day comm meeting and was able toserve with pearl.

i had a hard time serving cuz i used to serve with earnest, and he serves in a diff way from pearl and theodore, but i have to get used to it cuz i can't always constantly stick to smth.

GOD has been really great. my year has been going smoothly, new, great CCA, PLUUSSSSS!!! , HAHA, he answered my prayer! of my fren recieving christ, i prayed for almost 6-7 yrs. GOD also put her in a good place:]
this shows that when persevere n continue to trust n believe in GOD, the ppl u love so much will break thru. lyk said b4, every drop of water is a prayer, never give up praying cuz one day, there will be an overflow, n a BIIIIGGG break through will occur.

Reading the Bible, the Lord has showed me that i am his servant.From the ends of the earth, from it's farthest corners, has he taken me and called me his servant. i'm proud to be called a servant of God! He has chosen me and not rejected me. fear i shall not for the Lord is with me!

i've been hearing from God nowadays while reading the Bible. i don't sleeeeeeeep halfway like i used to. haha which is a good sign:] i'm glad i can hear more from God than before.XD

God has also revealed to me that even before i acknowledged him, he has summoned me by name and bestowed on me a title of honour. Apart from him, there is no God.

Even when i'm old at age and gray, he'll be the 1 who'll sustain me.He is God and there is no other, for He is God, there is no one like him.:D yeah!:]

And now i've realised that even though i'm not at camp, it's alrite cuz God can speak to me as much as those who are in camp, so i'm not left out:] n i thank my frens who have told me that n sis kim too:] THANK YOU LORD!!!

what God spoke to me thru the movie:

God spoke to me, warning me about falling into temptation.About being aware and alert, not to fall into temptation so easily.To be around believers like the narnians.They stuck together and everything turned out alrite.

Even though sacrifices had to be made, like during the war at night, some narnians hadn't escaped in time, having to sacrifice their lives.But they didn't mind cuz they died with pride.

because Lucy,Edmund,Peter and Prince Caspian were there at the tempting of the white witch and the demons, Lucy and Edmund,having experience the witch's temptation, helped peter nad Prince Caspian, so they wouldn't have fallen into temptation so quickly.

Another thing God spoke to me abt was the child-like faith Lucy had.Even though the others didn't believe her when she announced she had seen Aslan, she stayed determined to find Aslan. despite the doubtful things said by her siblings,she had found Aslan. the most miraculas thing that occured was that even when Lucy herself gave up on the search of Aslan, her heart remained determined to find Aslan and save Narnia. :]

my testimony on my new school

2ND January.
This is the day i 1st entered Assumption English School;for education that is.
It was obviously hard for me as i grew up being in an all girls' school.
Same as nearly everyone, the 1ST day of school is not always the best day.

here r a few reasons why...
=>classic-the bus came late-.-
=>walk too slow
=>forgot to bring a certain something e.g. tie, stationary, orientation letters, and rarely-yourself.

i can't name all but i can tell about how my day, or even, time was, on my 1st day.
i left the house at 6.40 a.m. not a very good idea cuz the bus was gonna be JAM PACK.
i only new that i could take bus 961. when actually i could take 174 n change to all different busses to get to school. so why didn't i juz follow the other assumptionites bording 174?
well i was clueless cuz my mum didn't do a dry run with me... mummy...
HAHA anywys, another problem. i was wearin my uniform totally improper!
my blouse was totally tucked out! it was SOOO embarrasing!
but many lessons learned.
like, leave the house by 6.15 a.m., don't always listen to your mum, check the school website for attire n never,never, never be late for school!

but the thing that bothered me most was the environment.can u believe the seniors didn't know how to spell ''traffic''? but i don't blame them they must have been stressed or something but 1ST impressions are EVERYTHING.though i don'treally put it to practice...HAHA!
LOL...anyway, there were alot of disturbing ppl if i may say.
like those bengs, n lians. i don't despise them but they juz didn't give a very good impression of the school even though i felt the school had something special to it.
well, i really ,really ,really thank God for meeting tatiana. she's such a sweet girl who always stood by me thru my up n downs i sch. though we get into fights occasionally, idk why the girls in the class will do anything to patch us up.
maybe we're juz frens to be :] i believe so, love u tons tati!

i also thank God for my leader, clarice, tim, colleen, benedict, chu yi, aunty cheryl, Ayaka n a few other ppl who stood by me thru my times of trial. even when i cried!

oh, did i mention i cried BUCKETS of tears during the 1ST part of the yr?

it was difficult but i pulled thru.
GOD gave me strength to go thru the year,opening my eyes to see a new perspective of my school.
now instead of having thoughts of transferring,i hav plans to stay in Assumption for the next 4 yrs, doing the best in my acedemics n sportsXD

the Lord has used me for who i am, reaching out to my classmates. i even made a deal with Desean, he bring all the guys in class to church, n i bring the girls.
idk abt him, but i've been faithfully doing my part. so far 1 has received christ. not too bad but i still hav next yr left to continue the same class b4 moving on. guess who's the 1 that received christ??
TATIANA! yayness! i'm still praying and figuring out ways so she can come to church regularly. i'm juz praying for her to open up, so she can go for sunday service cuz she can only go in the morning.whereas, i'm on saturday service which makes it very hard.

HAHA, maybe she can come for saturday service 1 day. you never know. but god does:]

lastly, i wanna thank God for keeping me safe from influences. sometimes it gets to me but i would pray n resist the temptation of the devil! hahaha.
